◆ Put the glutenous rice flour (or glutenous rice paste) and water into the steamer along with the oil. Then, mix the ingredients in the steamer.
◆ Then, turn on the steam inlet and cook for a while.
◆ After the mochi dough is cooked, turn off the steam inlet. Pour the maltose syrup into the steamer and mix the ingredients a while. Then, it’s ready to unload.
◆ If sugar are used instead of maltose syrup, the sugar could be added at the first step along with other ingredients.
